Quedex: Truth be told, I had been a huge fan of the Thalamus marketing under Gray Liddon and Andrew Wright, but they had moved on by the time Graham and I were approached by Paul Cooper (top bloke though – his car not having functioning brakes at the time was a bit hairy). We were psyched to work for such a cool label, and Paul had some great ideas about where the company should go next, but Stavros had such an unmarketable game. Or at least, judging form this artwork, Thalamus had no clue how to market it. Being a fan of Oliver Frey's art (loved the Trigan Empire years before Zzap! 64) I wanted to do him justice, and this was the result. Jesus. I gave it my best shot, but there was little chance of making this more than it is.
